"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We hired Rose de Nola Contracting to improve our backyard layout. We had an old deck torn down and beautiful multi-level deck with splash stair-case and a gable roof patio cover with two ceiling fans put in. The bead-board ceiling really makes the finished product pop. The finished product is completely different from our vision, but we love it! The designer was very helpful bringing our vision to life. We met with an architect and other contractors. The architect would have been suitable for major renovation and the contractor required a specific build plan. The work was completed by our deadline and we are really pleased with the results. It is worth mentioning that we also required full interior paint, which Olver was able to subcontract out.
