Miraculously, I was then mailed a plat map which was dated December 2, 2024. And there was still no elevation certificate. Of course, they refused to refund my money and still didn?t send me the elevation certificate, which was required in order to avoid purchasing flood insurance. I finally bought flood insurance for $950.00 so that I could complete the renovation on my house. For those of you wondering why the renovation on my home is taking so long, this is why! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! My rating: -1000!"
