About us
We are a locally owned and operated company, employing 6 employees. Occasionally we will recommend other services such as carpenters when a customer is needing/wanting an area that is allowing pests to enter the home corrected and is outside our expertise. Jeff Addison is the licensee of our company, and all the other technicians are Louisiana certified through the Department of Agriculture & Forestry. Jeff and all our technicians attend regular trainings to keep up on the cutting edge of pest, termite and mold control. We offer free estimates for both pest and termite control. Residential customers are expecting to pay for services upon the satisfactorly completion of the job. We work with commercial customers on a Net 30 basis. We offer all new customers a 15% discount as a thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be of service to your pest, termite or mold control needs.

We have offered to settle with this customer even though according to Louisiana law we hold no responsibility in this case; however he has refused our offer and seems bent on suing us.
