No nonsense perfect $275 Appraisal package, turn around time was super fast and he was out to complete thus services faster then I even expected. We sold the home less than 2 days later. I would highly recommend Mr. Lee.. I know I will use his services again if ever in need.

How to evaluate? Don't know. Wouldn't know if it was a great appraisal or not so great. Don't have the report and even if I did, I wouldn't know other than what the appraiser told me. Always try to be fair with these surveys but the questions are unanswerable, i.e., would you recommend? Nobody's going to ask me to recommend an appraiser so how do I answer?

The pro was late to our appointment, when I called they had forgotten about it. Told me they would have the report to me in two days, it took more like five business days. This seems pretty typical for New Orleans. The work is excellent though!

Metro Wide was very courteous and professional. They actually exceeded my expectation by delivering the results of the appraisal before the expected time. They were very easy to work with and answered their phones every time I called. I would use them again and again in a heartbeat â ¦.. more than anything else their rates were way more affordable than the other guys and the quality of work was just as good as expensive guys if not better

We hired this appraiser as a seller, to do an appraisal for the purpose of establishing the current market value for the sale of our home. This was explained to the appraiser, Mr. Onous Lee. His appraisal came in very low and he was unwilling to re-evaluate the comparable properties he chose, which were up to 9 months old. He was unprofessional, spoke over me and hung up on me. He refused a refund and lied to the representative about my home time on the market and reasons for not having sold. Luckily, I am a former Realtor, understand property valuation, and listed the home for what I believed the value to be. We just closed on our house for the list price, which was $25k more than Mr. Lee appraisal. After over a month of working with. Mr. Lee finally agreed to refund the $275 he charged for his unusable appraisal. Would not recommend this experience to anyone else.
