"Amazing! Venus came on time with her crew ready to take on the move-in cleaning for us. They were fast and efficient. We are so happy we booked with Venus @ Beautiful Cleaning. There was a minor bump in the road on my part, but Venus was able to cooperate with us and worked with us despite being inconvenienced. "Gutters and downspouts are clean, pine needles are all off of the roof. I asked that the refuse be blown into piles so I could easily remove with a wheelbarrow. Debris was blown up into garden plantings requiring a lot of work to clean up. That said, gutters are clear and Nate was courteous and friendly."

"Very well. They spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish which causes a few obstacles. Very pleased overall but I will say when they clean and move things they do not always put them back. I had to pick a lamp up off the floor and put back on a nightstand."
