I am always wary when dealing with the building trades. I used Malcolm Adams Roofing a few weeks ago and I have to say the company is top-notch. Malcolm Adams Roofing repaired a house roof for me which was in pretty bad shape. Rotten wood everywhere. Malcolm Adams himself handled the quote and oversaw the work. The job turned out perfect. The roofing and deck is like new. No more leaks. All debris was picked up and removed. Mr. Adams is a true professional. Very straightforward. We could not be more pleased. We can recommend Mr. Adams and his company, without hesitation.

They worked quickly and effectively. They hauled away the old metal roof materials. We had another contractor come in for the AC the following week, who stepped on a rather large screw in the yard. Many screws and nails from the old roof were scattered around the yard. Had we known to keep an eye out, perhaps the little bits could have been picked up or avoided. My dogs and kids play in that yard and could have stepped on one themselves. We're having to get metal detectors out this weekend to try and find them all.

I really can't express how satisfied I am with the job these people did. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. The men were all good workers and anxious to answer any questions that I had. As a result of my husband and I being ill, we basically ignored these hard working men. They behaved very professionally and did a good job. I can"t recommend this company highly enough and I don"t know why th indicator for rating the value for the money won't allow me to give a 5.0.

Malcolm did an excellent job on my roof. I live out of town and was in the process of selling my home in BR which needed a new roof. I met with him one evening while in was in town to get an estimate and 2 days later I had a new roof! Malcolm was aware that I needed the work done quickly so he assigned a few extra men on the job to make sure it would be complete before I left BR. Malcolm oversaw the entire job by making several trips to my home to make sure everything was going smoothly. Once the new roof was complete he came back again to make sure I was satisfied. I had an issue with my insurance company and Malcolm stepped in to help resolve the problem. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to make certain I was taken care of and that I was satisfied. He is honest, dependable and has great integrity as a person. I am very happy with my new roof and I highly recommend him if you want the job done right at a fair price. Thank you again Malcolm

They are quick and very thorough, to make sure it is done the right way the first time so you are satisfied.

I have had some good service before,but, Mr. Adams treated myself and my mother better than some of my kin do. He checked on his crew and us and his crew was great. They made sure any mess was cleaned up EVERY DAY that they were here. It rained a lot and they worked each day rain or not if there was no lighting. On the final day Mr Adams came and helped to get things finished up with his crew and when leaving gave us a t-shirt and hugged me and Mom goodbuy.. This a GREAT COMPANY!!!!!

Malcolm is like the old time professional who asks the customer what he/she wants and then through Q & A comes back with a proposal that satisfied us totally. We wanted a 30 year roof with no streaking on the tiles in the years to come. We were tired of working with individuals who promised much and delivered less than desired. The crew worked diligently the 3 days it took to put the new roof on our home. They only took off the area of roof that they were able to do each day, which was great as it was a rainy week. They cleaned up each day as well as checking for any nails as they drove down our driveway. We are quite happy and glad we found this company.

Honest and reliable company. Mr Adams offers quality service and gives his customers honest feedback and keeps them informed as to how the job is progressing. His initial quote was higher than the final bill. He had enough integrity to adjust the price as some of the work he quoted was not needed. Thanks Malcolm!

Did a good job and prompt with work and clean-up.

Team keep me informed of the progress of the work. Foreman and Sale Person both were on the job site as needed.

Mark Cedotal & Eric Mutt completed this emergency repair. A cap had popped off a dryer vent on our metal roof. It was Memorial Day and a thunderstorm was on the way! We are both in our 60's & knew we could not climb our steep, slippery roof and we knew no one who would do it. Malcolm Adam's coworkers agreed to travel several HOURS for this small emergency repair (with minimum net profit) even though it was a holiday! They don't know how much they helped two veterans, one being disabled, on Memorial Day! What a gift to us! We're hiring these hard workers for another job!

Job was done to satisfaction. All work areas were cleaned. The roof is in much better shape than before.

Quality work for a fair price. i would definitely use them again.
