We discussed alternatives and costs with Shawn taking a lot of time to explain the reasoning behind each suggestion.  I needed a number of things done.  Wood rot on the outside,  painting of outside, new gutters and patio covers and cover for car.  All items were quoted in writing and accepted by me in writing.  Work was scheduled and the people showed up when promised.  It was a crew of workers who worked carefully and efficiently.  They were careful to clean up each day and keep us informed of what was done and what remaining.  Work was of the best quality with careful attention to detail and explanation of something needed to be changed from what we first agreed to.  I have already recommended them to my neighbors and plan to use them again for some additional work we are planning.
