We did not leave a message on the voicemail of Mr. Kim but he saw that we had tried to call and he called us right back. He came out to our house, told us what he could do, and gave us a reasonable price. That same afternoon he dropped off his equipment and was right on time the next morning to get started. Mr. Kim completely cleared the pond of all the vegetation; no one could have done it better. He also demolished the old shed and hauled it off. His two young assistants even cleaned up the area where the shed had been. We were so glad to have S and K Contractors do this work for us. They were on time, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company."

"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient.
