"SES always impresses us with their quality and attention to care but never before have we been as blown away by their professionalism as with our most recent project. Project involved removal of a metal spiral staircase, removal of cat urine saturated flooring, resealing and leveling of the floor, tiling, construction of a new wooden staircase, painting and staining of wooden staircase and (a request made after seeing how transformative this project was proving to be) cleaning, patching and painting of the walls and trim. Due to some hiccups, the project extended past the provided timeline and SES agreed (and again, this is after we threw a potential wrench in their plans making an additional request after the project commenced) to begin covering the cost of the continued boarding of the cats. In short, I cannot shout loudly enough our appreciation for SES!"

"The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."

"Mike has replaced our roof, rebuilt 2 dormers, and replaced our fascia and soffit with Hardi. Work was performed on time at the price quoted. One minor problem (which required Mike to come back out to repair) was handled with one 5 minute phone call. I've also used Hillcrest to replace, float and paint the sheetrock in a rental house along with replacing the interior and exterior doors after the 2016 flood. When we made the punch list walk-through, Mike pointed out to me a couple of items that needed to be re-done. I'll definitely use Hillcrest again!"
