"They contacted me right away. Said that they were licensed and certified and that the drivers would have copies of these certificates. They did not have the certificates on them. So I am not sure if they are licensed and certified. They said they could take care of any problem that they found at this appointment. When cleaning out the fireplace, they did not even have a bucket to put the ashes in. We needed a new cleanout door, but they did not have any. They did not even clean out the ash from this area. They could not show us any photos or videos of the before or after cleaning"
