I accidentally stepped on the tile work before drying and he was very understanding and fixed the oopsie I made. He went above and beyond as far as customer service. Clean up hurried and glue remained in some areas. The installer finished timely and did not waste materials. He cleaned up trash and was pleasant to work with."
