"Floyd Baker, the owner, is involved in every aspect of the job. He has experience and knowledge in all facets of the trades. Whenever a glitch shows up, which is often the case, he is quick to offer options and solutions. He not only did the tile work, but installed laminate flooring, new cabinet hardware, painting, built a coffee station in the kitchen, etc. Communication was flawless. "Pat Boutte is an outstanding carpenter/plumber/electrician. He and his crew,replaced a 3/4” by 4’x4’ section of floor under my toilet,also the 2x6 bracing under the same area installed a new sink. "Overall adequate work on the floor itself. Some of the small things could have been better. The transition thresholds between wood floor and tile did not look professional. Clean up hurried and glue remained in some areas. The installer finished timely and did not waste materials. He cleaned up trash and was pleasant to work with."
