"Pat Boutte is an outstanding carpenter/plumber/electrician. He and his crew,replaced a 3/4” by 4’x4’ section of floor under my toilet,also the 2x6 bracing under the same area installed a new sink. "Brock and his crew did a fantastic job. Since we were doing an extensive remodel, we were on a tight timeframe; but Brock was able to fit his crew into our schedule. Early in the process, he helped us pick paint colors, as well as offered suggestions for granite that would match our somewhat unusual kitchen cabinet color. The work took 6 days, during which Brock made several visits to check on the progress. His crew was friendly, courteous, and the job site was cleaned when they left. After we completed the renovation, Brock sent two guys for two days to finish moulding and do some touchups, which was included in the original price. We really couldn't be happier with the service, how the paint colors came out, and Brock's responsiveness to our questions. Due to the nature of our jobs, the easiest form of communication for me and my husband is email and text, which Brock was always very quick to respond to.

"Overall adequate work on the floor itself. Some of the small things could have been better. The transition thresholds between wood floor and tile did not look professional. Clean up hurried and glue remained in some areas. The installer finished timely and did not waste materials. He cleaned up trash and was pleasant to work with."

"I had to get a walk-in shower installed at my 98 year old Mother’s home. I contacted Skinners Flooring to get estimate and some ideas for replacing a very small walk-in shower that had no handrails nor seat. Daniel work with me, giving me great ideas for safety, durability and looks. He also suggested the latest style of shower systems to eliminate the possibility of leaks or issues down the road. He suggested tile configuration, and colors that would be appealing to the eye. He planned the handrails and seat for safety. During all of this he was always respectful When we finished planning it out, the price and time frame agreed upon, Daniel started. The old shower was to demolished and the drain was relocated to properly drain the new, much larger shower. Daniel kept things neat, was always prompt and finish the shower in a timely fashion Working with Daniel throughout this process was a pleasure, he was very easy to work with and very professional and knowledgeable which allowed me to focus on my Mother.
