No project is too small. If you need something fixed, something moved, something installed, to you it isn’t too small of a project. You wouldn’t call a carpenter to fix a loose door hinge, you’d call a HANDYMAN. You wouldn’t call an electrician to install that new ceiling fan, you’d call a HANDYMAN. "We have a large solar panel system that is about 10 years old. Our inverter went out about 2 months ago and Acheivers was two weeks or more coming to troubleshoot why our panels weren’t working. They sent another gentleman a week later who diagnosed the inverter as the problem and he would be back as soon as he got the part. And now….CRICKETS!!! We have called the business three times and they say Jerry Adams will call us back because he’s on the road (whatever that means) and nothing, no phone call, no texts….NOTHING! The third time we called, Friday, July 26,2024, I spoke to Jerry’s daughter who said I should call him because he was on the road. She gave me his number, I called and he never answered….it sent me to voice mail and the voice mail was full. I called acheiver’s store again this morning, July 29, 2024, and told them Jerry’s mailbox as full so I could not leave a voicemail and the telephone anawering lady told me, “His mailbox is not full, he doesn’t have it setup.” WHAT?????? I asked her how I was supposed to get in touch with him and she asked did I call him again today. By this point I was losing patience and reminded her that we paid them to install and maintain these panels so I shouldn’t have to call over and over and over. She was a bit short with me by this time and told me she didn’t have any knowledge of my solar panels, like I had made any indication that I thought she did. But, she did say she would call Jerry Adams and have him call me…..once again CRICKETS!"
