"When our home inspector found improper and potentially dangerous situation in our crawl space and attic, he recommended Eddie and his team and I'm glad he did. These guys are great. They showed up every day, on time, and stayed on the job until it was completed. Our once creaky and shaky wood floors and now solid and our sagging roof now has the support it was lacking. Eddie's guys were extremely professional and not only cleaned up their mess when they were done, but cleaned out the junk the previous owner had left under the house!! We can see and feel the difference in our house and are grateful to Floors Sag or Shake for an excellent job!
**At the end of the job, I noticed a spot near our back door where the wood floor was sagging between two floor joists. Even though this had nothing to do with the original job, Eddie offered to come back the following week to fix it for us at no cost!! Now THAT'S someone who really cares about the people he does business for. Thanks, Eddie!

"They did a good job and kept me in the loop through the entire job. They also provide pictures before, during and after the job was completed. I asked the renter did the company do a good job on repairing the floor in the bedroom and renter stated the company did a good job on the floor and the dryer. They even worked on the front door.
