Wallpaper removal 100% excellent. Ceiling painting 99% excellent. Wall painting 95% great. Trim painting 90% good. Preparation 50% very poor Cleanup 65% mediocre Issue: Spent a lot of time correcting little Issue: Did not protect floors and surfaces. After management started addressing concerns Protected 70% of surfaces. So still left debris, paint stains and caulking all over carpets and surfaces. Issue: Cleanup, virtually none. But if surfaces were properly protected this would have been easily avoided. Issue: Not all issues were 100% corrected but I gave up since I felt subcontractor created more issues than corrected. Management worked hard to correct and address all issues. But subcontracting painter did not have the will to do it is my impression. Photos show some of the items I consider misses, you can be the judge. I would hire again since I felt they tried their best to be thorough, honest and responsive. With different attitude of subcontractor, I think it would be much better.

The initial framing was done quickly an within schedule, but it all went downhill after that. They have very poor project management skill and terrible communication. I have been waiting on them to complete this work, scheduled to complete in May and still waiting. I would not advice anyone to sign these guys up if you are looking do do a full project, they will not complete your job on time and will likely take twice the amount of time promised. I confronted them about these persistent delays, they promised to complete the work but never delivered. It is still not done and still trying to get them to complete the work till date. Meanwhile I have payed them close to 90% of the total project! This has been a terrible experience so far, be very careful with this company.

Project very well

Pro Painting & Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. They helped explain all the options to me, and there attention to detail was remarkable, making me feel at ease with the project. They removed the stucco, added siding to 3 sides , shutters, gutters, a new door and a WONDERFUL new porch. There designer helped guide me with color choices and it turned out perfect. I felt like the crew became a part of my family, one even helped me with a sick pet, i was kinda sad to see them leave. Great quality work, affordable and finished on time. I couldn't be happier, will definitely use them again!

Excellent quality, finished ahead of schedule. We had them limewash our brick, in addition to painting our siding and trim. They worked with us to ensure they understood what we wanted, and asked for our feedback always no they way to sure we were happy with the results. The whole team, from sales, to scheduling, to the on-site crew, were great to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.

 I can say that this was not the cheapest estimate I received, but the invoice was detailed as to what they were going to do.  Estimates I received from some others were very generic or was only applying 1 coat of paint.  Plus Pro Painters had the best warranty on workmanship of those I checked. 

So after getting several estimates, I had the best feeling from Pro Painters. Also, being an Angie's list member I used the discount and that brought the price closer to the other estimates I received.

The work took almost a day, and when I got home from work the job was complete.  As far as I can tell everything looks good!  I'll continue to periodically look once it starts to weather a little bit.  However, with their 5 year warranty on workmanship that makes you feel good.

I was told the crew would arrive around 9.  They got her about 10 am and I greeted them to show them what was to be done.  From the start I had a bad feeling.  When the salesman was here to quote I showed him the TWO sets of windows we wanted to replace the wooden sills on.  One already had the screens off of it.  When they arrived the crew leader said only one was quoted.  Honestly I did not read the entire quote that well so it is partly my fault but I showed him the two sills and columns.  So they only replaced one of them.  They left shortly after they arrived to get the material (should have brought it with them)  and did not come back till after 12.  They did a good job on the columns from what I could see but I specifically asked if they painted the second column twice and they said yes.  I asked because at 5pm he had just started to paint it and 10 minutes later he was done.  Being dusk out I could not tell all the spots that were missed.  The next morning I did and I called.  The owner said I should have inspected the work like he told me to.  I told him that it was dark and hard to see but it is apparent by the 40 some white spots it WAS NOT painted twice and his crew lied.  He said they were busy on other jobs but he would let me know when they could come out.  With that I put a stop payment on the check and advised him I would reissue a check when it was painted properly.  With that they all of a sudden had availability to fix it that day.
The work is ok but the being dishonesty is what puts them on the never use list.  And to bad for them as I told the salesperson, we had two big jobs coming up I wanted them to quote on.  Had they been honest and just said "we only got one coat of because its to late and we'll be back to finish, they most likely would have got those jobs as well.

There's paint on every surface where there shouldn't be.  I'm still cleaning up.  There was no primer used on doors and trim for semi-gloss paint and I am redoing much of that work since the paint is already peeling.
Some of the windows (where you can't see without a step ladder) are not painted.
Changed estimators in the middle of the job and when I wanted a walk through to make things right the new person mostly claimed that he wasn't familiar with the work being done.
In general, a sloppy and frustrating job.

Two people came out to paint the interior parts and exterior part of my house. They were on time and treated my house as it was theirs. After the job completed, they left the place clean.

Our project went very smoothly and both bathrooms are magazine worthy. Because we had never done major renovations before, Mikos provided constant advice and guidance as we purchased items and listened carefully to steer the project to its conclusion.  He shared with us great ideas which we used and are very happy he did. In fact, because we were so happy with the outcome of our project, both in its execution and price, we are now engaged in having Pro Painting and Remodeling LLC do another major home improvement project right now, as of October, 2014

They were able to accommodate all our requests and were able to schedule quickly. They made a mistake in the first house and painted the wrong area, but they painted that area to a different color of our choice at no extra cost. They also helped me out fixing an issue with siding that is touching the deck and had a bad flashing. When I called for touch-ups, Milkos was able to accommodate that quickly as well.

I had ProPaitning & Remodeling come and do a large amount of interior painting work and some exterior painting and siding work in preparation for me to sell my home. Overall, I am very satisfied with the end result and I would definitely use them again. I had all the upstairs bedrooms and my entire upstairs area painted along with the living room, dining room,bathrooms, and kitchen. Their price was at the lower end of the 5 bids I received but the quality of the painting job was excellent. Harold the foreman, did a great job of working with us and making sure that everything was done the way we wanted it done. There were a few little areas that needed to be touched up at the end, but the end result was that our house looked brand new again. The work was also completed on the time schedule we wanted, so we were very happy with that as well. If I could recommend one improvement to be made, it would be better initial communication with the customer to let them know them know a firm start date and what to expect in advance. Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent quality paint job for an affordable price.

They were super prompt to come and give the estimate, and the person who came out for the quote was very friendly and helpful about answering all of my questions.
I agreed to have them do the job after reviewing 2 other companies.
The crew showed up to clean the deck on the day I was told. 
The issue I had was with knowing when to expect the crew to return to actually do the repair and staining.
Once they arrived however, they worked efficiently and got the job completed within 48 hours.
The office person that handles the phones could be a bit more professional, but I am pleased with how the project turned out once complete.  The only reason I don't think I would use them again is I don't have a tolerance for not knowing when to expect workers at my home.

They did so in a timely manner.They did not invoice work until I was completely satisfied.I thought the price was reasonable, I would recommend as well as use again.

It was fine. They were thorough and did a good job. They gave attention to everything that I was concerned with.

I have nothing but praise for this company! They were professional and courteous...and compassionate. They were here shortly before my husband entered into hospice care. A difficult situation on many levels. Grateful that it all went so well...and that my husband could see the finished product and share my delight!

This was a good experience.  I liked their detailed estimate. Can be hard to have workmen around for an extended period of time but this group was pleasant and comfortable. They didn't start as early in the day as some companies but they stayed late. (I believe the team lived a fair distance away from my home.) Everyone was eager to make it right...right down to sweeping the screen porch roof where debris from paint scraping remained at the end of the job. Renato told me to look around the house over the next week and if I noticed anything that needed to be touched up or corrected to call. That's a good touch..no sense that they were running away from their work when they were done.
This job had several aspects to it. I liked that they handled it all.

I was very pleased. The pricing was very fair. They did the work in the time frame they said they would. They did an excellent job. Their demeanor was very good. I would definitely use them again.

The painters did a very good job painting my house.  They were on time and I was very happy with their work.  When there was a question about an area that was supposed to painted, they called the owner and I spoke to him, and he said no problem, and instructed the painters to complete the painting.  I would definitely use them again.
