We had our SolarPanels for 5 years and found out that the â  siteâ  had never been set up to monitor the panel production on an app, And the panels werenâ  t producing. No one in Baton Rouge would, even come over to check the panels, even those Enphase said any company could do it. Thank goodness we found out about Supreme Solar. , Mike and Josh were to nicest, most thorough, most knowledgeable that we could have wished for I doubt thatâ  s anything Mike doesnâ  t know about aSolar Panels. I wouldnâ  t let anyone else touch my panels. Donâ  t even bother with the Baton Rouge companies, they are useless. Our panels are working now and we can tell if even one would go out And thank goodness they were warranted for the microconverters.

Our inverter failed with an error that required a unit replacement. After weeks of trying to contact the original solar company (who never responded), we found Supreme Power online. They were out the next morning to diagnose the issue. They handled the factory warranty exchange and the installation of the replacement unit. They were extremely professional and efficient. It's such a refreshing experience to find that great customer service still exists!
