"This plumber came and was supposed to diagnosis the problem. He was suppose to have unclogged the main line but the water is still come from under the commode. He know he did not have the necessary equipment to do what was needed. He should not have taken the job. He came back a second still not fixed. Will have to hire a professional to do the job correctly."
