"I called for house cleaning once a week. We set up an appointment to view my home for weekly cleaning. I found it a little odd that she gave me a price of $132 over the phone without seeing my home, or knowing the size or anything but said ok. She arrived promptly at 9:00am. I happened just about to go to the bathroom when she rang the bell. I opened the door and she was standing there with all kinds of equipment and another very young girl. I was surprised as I thought she was giving me a bid for weekly cleaning. I knew the first was going to be $132. I Told her several times I had to go to the bathroom and this was not what I expected but to give me a minute I would be right back. She refused and demanded $132. I kept telling her to give me a minute it was so awkward trying to just use the bathroom finally I had to just shut the door and go use the bathroom. I went back to the door and she left. I texted her and she told me her boss would get with me. Her boss wrote me a horrible text. Which is why I chose to write this review. I have no problem paying their price however When you have to go you have to go."
