"***Disclaimer*** I am rating five stars so far based upon the service I have received so far. I am not scheduled to have my screened patio installed until next month. I received 4 different quotes for this job and decided to go with Southern. They were not the least nor most expensive bid I received but I did like the thoroughness of my estimator, George. I also felt a little more comfortable going with a company who does not sub out the work. I will update my rating once the job is complete but so far, I am satisfied."

"I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"

"I would highly recommend JCT solutions. We had a room replastered and a new attic access installed. JCT were great at communicating from the beginning and throughout the project. Mark is professional and they are reasonably priced. The plastering team were efficient, worked well together and cleaned up after the project was completed. We are really happy with the end result and would work with Mark and JCT solutions again! Thank you for making our spare room usable again!!"

"I am a former customer of All-State Windows and Siding who was recently acquired by Ultimate Window and Siding LLC. I would like to take this time to share my experience with Ultimate Window and Siding in the handling the warranty work that they inherited as a result of the new business adventure. Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable.
