"Repair a hole in leather jacket sleeve"

"Bobby and son have been doing my floors and upholstery for years. I can tell you they are hard working, trustworthy (which is so important these days), professional, and super nice. They've always done an excellent job."

"Inferior installation was corrected the next day with an apology."

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"Very well done. Courteous and attentive professional."

"Our bathtub had some deep scratches that had rusted over time and we needed the tub to be resurfaced.
VERY prompt response when called to schedule. Explained everything in great detail over the phone, answered all my
questions. Followed up immediately with a detailed invoice via e-mail and text confirmation of scheduled date of work and specific time they would be there and how long it would take.
Date of work, called as they finished one job, to let me know they would be on their way. (not late, just letting me know)
Very friendly, yet professional. Felt very comfortable with them in our home. Highly recommend. Took less time than
they estimated. Tub looks great! Thank You!"

"Did a thorough job. Spent 3 hours cleaning 2 couches. Made sure she used hypoallergenic products knowing my daughter has allergies to cleaning products. Would highly recommend and happily hire in future myself as well."

"Great experience doing a flip on an older craftsman house. At 2021 B Street in Eureka, CA. Lots of custom work to match the original craftsman construction and updates to plumbing for a new bathroom, and garage."
