They replaced rotten posts on porch & shed, and replaced & painted rotten fascia boards, installed new metal door with a pet door on shed, & built new double-doors on the shed. In small bathroom in the house they replaced fiberglass shower/tub with new porcelain tub & custom tile, plumbing fixtures & access door to plumbing, new toilet, exhaust heater/fan, light fixtures, vanity, ceramic tile on floor, drywall & painted cabinets & walls. Ray also replaced our roof from hurricane storm damage. I’m happy with the results. Ray addressed any questions/changes I had until I was happy. They worked with us thru Covid, two hurricanes, and Ray’s fall from someone else’s roof. They cleaned up any mess they made and left the area clean. We have gained a friend as well with Ray. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
