They traced all water lines and found that I didn't have a water leak in my slab that it was actually a drain line under the slab that was broken. They were unable to find the pipe due to weather, however their service was great. I would use them again if I needed them.

The work went quickly and quietly. I know nothing of this type of plumbing work, so I didn't give a score of A since I can't say if the price was good or not --only one other company does this work, and their price was the same. I don't know if the detection was accurate or not (thus the B rating), as we simply had Earl's Plumbing re-route all of our water lines. Since I've had no more water problems, or any of the symptoms that caused me to call Accurate in the first place, I'd have to say that they (and Earl's) did a terrific job.

He got in a wet suit and got in the cold pool and walked the entire pool to check it. He found the leak and marked it and called a great pool repair company.

I'd had the plumbers do a pressure test to determine if I actually had an under slab leak, and if so, if it was between the house and the meter, or in the house (under the slab) and if it was hot or cold.
They then recommended contacting Accurate Leak Detection to pinpoint the actual location of the leak. I was a little skeptical, but decided to do that, so that the plumbers could only replace what needed to be replaced.
Tommy came out and first listened to all the fixtures with what basically looked like a stethoscope, to determine near which fixture the leak was. Then they attached a 'jumper cable' to the various pipes/fixtures that added a 'tone' to the pipe, and he was able to then trace the pipes under the slab using what looked like a metal detector (I'm using all the highly technical terms here :) He wasn't able to pinpoint exactly which pipe was leaking, because the leak was near where two different pipes were. But it was enough information that when the plumbers returned, they knew it was in one of two in very close proximity to each other (in the kitchen) and were able to fairly easily pinpoint the actual pipe and do their work.
I told Tommy that I was intrigued by what he was doing, so I did ask a lot of questions, which he answered in a non-jargon manner that I was able to understand.
I would not hesitate to hire Accurate Leak Detection again to pinpoint an under slab leak. (Though hopefully I won't have to!)

I was able to faintly hear the sound of water running but could not find any faucets on or water leaks in the house.

First call I made was to Earl’s pluming they referred me to Accurate Leak Detection.

During the process I placed several phone calls to the company to ask questions that would help me determine if we really need to proceed with leak detection service.

Tommy was really helpfully and gave suggestions on how to actually determine if there was a leak at all. With the help he gave over the phone I was able to find that there was a leak on the hot water line.

We set up a time and he came out and located the leak using listening equipment and a device to map out the water lines under the slab of the house.

After he was done he e-mailed a map that showed the of the water lines under the house and of the leak location to myself and Earl’s pluming.

I am very happy with the service.

It went well. No real details as it is not the most exciting of events; however, when it comes to home repair, the less excitement, the better. We would most definitely use and recommend this company and plan to call on him again to search for possible pool leak. Very pleased with his services.

very professional and thorough. Told me before service about the cost. Stuck to the price. He was amazing. Actually donned scuba gear to examine the pool in addition to pressure tests on the plumbing. Found the leak and gave a prognosis. Gave me an option to repair the leak and was reasonable. 3 months later and no more leakage. It is rare to find a honest and straight forward repair person. If we ever have another issue I will call them back.

It went flawlessly. He was in and out and got his electronic report emailed to us and our plumber that same afternoon. I do recommend having your messes straightened up under all your sinks, he has to get under all the sinks to hook up his device and if you're self conscious of the state of your house....just a heads up.
