Terrible. He did not listen to delta old that were important to us and had to redo many errors. He charged us well over double what he estimated. He cut corners wherever possible to save himself money. He did not do many things that he was prepaid to do.

There was no access to the bathtub pipe, so a hole had to be cut in the sheet rock. Kevin installed a removable panel, which saved me the cost and trouble of hiring someone to repair the sheet rock. I received a follow-up call to make sure I was pleased with the service.
