told him this has happened before asked for him to blow out vent, he wanted to use chemicles in drain, blew out pipe under sink, did damage to cabinets they won't fix, drain doing it again within the 30 day warranty now they wanna blow out pipe and charge another $235....was supposed to come out Wednesday and forgot me so did not show up till friday!

Did a great job. No body else would even take the job. Called many plumbers and most said they would call be back but never did. Not very professional of those other plumbers. Wett plumbing ran a long 25 foot plus pipe and cut across concrete in driveway to tie into sewer line.. They than re-poured concrete to fix the driveway. Also ran hot and cold water lines to washer. All for only $2,000 dollars. Amazing as nobody would and even take the job and would have probably cost triple the price. I highly recommend wett plumbing. By the way it says in the header that they are located in Erath but there card says they are located in New Iberia

Wett Plumbing was assigned to a Home Warranty Call through Choice Home Warranty. Ellen called to confirm an appointment from 1-4pm on a Friday. The property was a rental property and the tenant was returning from school and got caught in traffic. According to the tenant across the street from the assigned property, the technician drove up at or perhaps before 1pm. She attempted to go to tell him that the tenant was on the way but the technician left as she was crossing the street. The technician never called to state he was on the way or to see why no one was home. When the tenant called to reschedule, Ellen was very rude to her on the phone and told her she would try to send someone out on Monday. Ellen then began to call me to collect the $45 service fee which she states I am required to pay via the Home Warranty Company even though the service call was not rendered. I just got off the phone with Choice Home Warranty who stated that I am not responsible for the service fee. I have used Wett plumbing in the past with no issues so I am unsure what has happened for Ellen to treat clients so unprofessionally. Granted, I became not "so nice" on the phone also as the conversation escalated, but she is the vendor and I am supposed to be the customer. Perhaps just a bad day. I did have the issue resolved through another vendor assigned through the Home Warranty Company which was excellent. The technician came out on the Saturday and did not charge the weekend fee. He fixed the issue, did not charge me at that time, and said he would contact me when he heard back from Choice to settle the bill. Wow...difference in service.
