"This was not a good experience. The "$50 house call" advertised on the website, I found out only after the technician had arrived, applies only to a simple "get this snake out of my kitchen" call. The charge for setting & baiting two live traps for a 5-day period was an outrageous $200 (one could purchase at least a half-dozen for that price), but it was just days before Easter & the problem needed to be resolved immediately. In this instance, it wasn't even necessary for the technician to check the traps at all, as I walked right past them 2-3 times a day. The squirrel seems to have gotten the not welcome message and left the immediate area; in any event, it was never caught or seen again. The price for sealing the ridge-cap ends (less than an hour's work) was also outrageously high. I would have to be truly desperate to ever again have anything to do with this outfit. "
