"He has always been very fair when it comes to price. He has a big heart. If I wanted to do something a certain way and he thought of a different way that would be better for me. He will explain his reason why he would go this way but he will always leave it up to me, the customer. He provides a wealth of knowledge. I renovate homes and he is my go to guy for the work I need on my investment properties. He shows up on time and when he said he will be there he is there. He has a great personality, his hygiene is good, he always has a smile on his face and is very accommodating."
