Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Do not trust this company. I ordered 11 windows at a total cost of around $18,000. They came out to install them and 6 had been mismeasured. Since then they have ghosted me. I have called their customer service line a dozen times over the past few weeks and never once been able to get in touch with a real person. It has now been three months since my original purchase with no word at all on the remaining six windows. Notably they have fully billed the financing company for these windows. Terrible customer service. I wish I had used a more local company because their national customer service is worse than anything I've ever dealt with."
