Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. "Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous.
