Mr. Watson has completed appraisal reports for several lenders, businesses, attorneys and individual property owners. Expert witness testimony and professional measuring services are also offered. Watson Appraisals strives to provide personal service, with emphasis on communication and fast completion and delivery to the client. Our service area includes Jefferson, Nelson, Bullitt, Spencer, Oldham, Henry and Shelby counties in Kentucky, and Clark, Floyd and Harrison Counties in Indiana. Typical appraisal reports can be completed for $425 (add $50-75 outside of Jefferson County). Expert witness testimony is billed at a rate of $85 per hour, and measuring services range anywhere from $75 and up, depending on location and type of structure.
