Larger jobs may include sub-contractors, but customer will be notified in advance. All work require a signed contract by all parties. We require half of monies up front with the rest upon completion of work. Larger and longer jobs may require draws, but will be discussed and written in contract. The best type of temporary fencing depends on why you need fencing in the first place. If you're simply trying to warn people to stay away from an ongoing construction project, plastic orange fencing may be enough. Barricade fencing is ideal if you're trying to block off small areas. You can ask your local building department or  fence installation company if your fence project will require a permit. If so, you can expect it to cost between $20 and $60. Your fence installer should pull the permit for you. Building without a permit could eventually require you to pay again to remove the fence and reinstall it after getting the job approved.
