They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

The work was sloppy and unprofessional: the corners of the moisture panels were left curved, concrete wasn?t poured to the walls, and the sump pump pipe was installed in front of my kitchen cabinets with only a thin, choppy, unfinished pour. I paid over $2,000 for them to stain the concrete, but they never completed the job despite multiple scheduled appointments. They now ignore calls and messages entirely, and both the owner, Kevin Phillips, and son Dylan, have full voicemail boxes. To make matters worse, the original problem?backflow in my half bath?was not resolved, and my home flooded again just weeks after their installation. Because of their negligence, I?ve been forced to spend additional money pursuing legal action to get my money returned. They took $11,000 from me, left my home in an unusable state, and provided zero accountability."
