"Friday, I called for a quote. Adam came out the same day We discussed the project ( Patio, steps and sidewalk) and he made some recommendations. I liked the suggestions he made and he called me over the weekend with the quote. He said he could start Monday. He showed up ready to work as scheduled and finished the job on the time schedule he provided before starting. He notified me immediately when he ran into unforeseeable issues and we worked out a plan.
