"I have used Paul Terry many times for tree service. He has trimmed limbs, taken trees down and I even asked if he could put up a rope swing for my grandchildren in a big oak tree. "Byron contacted me early on 6/18/26, which was appreciated. Due to our language barrier it took longer than normal to complete our conversation. However, through text messaging we finally agreed on a price and what work is to be done. Through text we agreed to cut the tree and to remove the stump at the agreed price of $400. What was most appreciated was that we agreed for Byron to do the work and that I would pay Byron once I got home from work around 5:00 p.m. Once I arrived home, the tree stump was still in the ground. I asked Byron about removing it and he said that it would cost an additional $200. I wasn't prepared to have to pay more since we had already agreed on the price and the work to be done. That I am not pleased with, but I'll have to pay to have it removed at a later time. I did have Byron estimate other trees that need attention, so that I could have an comparison with other estimates. I do have pictures, but too large to upload. Also, his son is his interpreter."
