It was fine. I don't remember if there was an extra fee. He didn't check the heads of our spigots. If he would have checked them with the spring opening of our sprinkling system, he would have realized that they needed to be replaced. Because he didn't do that we had water going...

The plumber was punctual, adhering to the schedule they identified. The plumber came in and fixed the leaky faucet. He then started to repair the pipe under the sink. His associate came and worked with the plumber. The plumber left and had his associate complete the job. It was well done.

Prompt, efficient repair.  Fully explained possible problems when I first brought it in.  Seemed a little expensive, but there appears to be no such thing as a cheap, good mechanic.  Was honest when they could have run up the bill with un-needed add-ons.
