"EXCELLENT! I've use Steve's services before to do some yard work, so when I saw his company listed for gutter cleaning, I stopped looking! I sent an email on the weekend describing what I wanted to have done. He called me the following Monday with an estimate. My house is old & very tall, so the estimate was very, very reasonable. When I made my initial contact with Steve it was in February, too early to have this work done. I told Steve to schedule at his convenience & let me know before doing the work. He did exactly that.
