"They did not finish job of moving bags on back porch but l understand they found snake skin and was afraid there might be a snake and one of the workers could get bitten. I understand. They traveled from Rogersville TN to Bristol TN the day after l called them. I needed someone fast and Shawn made time to come and help me the very next day. "Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.

"Amazing service. Jason was here the next morning and worked on the shower drain that was filled with grout from a tile contractor. Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. Saved me from cutting up all my new interior shower flooring. Highly recommended. Thank you Chloe and Jason."
