"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

The job was also delayed by 1 week do to them cancelling the first appointment. I would have appreiciated a discount from the company for waiting a week."
