Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. "We hired DRS to renew our 25 year old 3-tier deck. Greg and Jen worked with us, very patiently, as we decided what kind of decking and railing we wanted. We chose composite with aluminum rails. They also fixed a leak into our house, by replacing some baseboard. We’ve been trying to repair the leak for years and never would have been able to do what they did. It was a tremendous relief to finally have a fix. Also, they assembled a steel roof, aluminum gazebo kit we purchased. We have never worked with a company that was so professional, does fantastic work and completely cares that their customer is satisfied. We truly enjoy our deck now and highly recommend this company. He explained the process to me clearly and had the job completed within two hours of arrival. This was our first HVAC duct cleaning since we bought the home 30 years ago, and apparently it was well overdue. Josh was very professional and cleaned up everything prior to packing up his gear, leaving the house in good order."

"I had five other quotes for the chimney repair. Proposals ranged from re tucking only to total tear down and rebuilds. I did not feel comfortable with any of them. I decided to join Angie's List and did more research. Here is where I found Mid Valley and the tremendous evaluations given by other customers. I called Mid Valley and spoke to the owner, Matt Singleton, and arranged for him to come out to see the chimney and provide a proposal. He actually came early and I was not home but he left his card. I called and told him I was disappointed that I did not get to talk to him in person. He apologized profusely and told me to name a time and he would be there. When we met and discussed what the best course of action. Matt provided options but recommended complete tear down and rebuild with his justification. My wife and I felt comfortable with his explanation and asked for a quote. He said he needed 15 minutes to put it together. We were comfortable with the price and signed the contract. Matt came across as more knowledgeable and professional than any of the other bidders. He checked his calendar and gave us a start date and said that once he starts the project, his crew will remain on site until completion.
A three man Mid Valley crew arrived on the start date, got their equipment in place and proceeded to tear down the chimney. Their job was completed by the end of the day (even ate lunch on site). On day two, two new Mid Valley skilled brick layers arrive and build up the new chimney just past the roof line. On day three, the two masons along with an additional helper arrived and finished the chimney construction, including the cap. On day four, one new worker came back to remove the forms from the cap and proceeded to clean the entire chimney. He was joined later in the day by another worker and together the dismantled the scaffolding and cleaned up the entire work site. One day five, one worker came back to seal the entire chimney, completing the project.
We are totally pleased with the results. The brick samples Matt provided to match our existing bricks were spot on. The project management was superb. The Mid Vally crews were courteous, dedicated, and skilled. I have already recommended Mid Valley to my brother who is also in need of chimney repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Mid Valley to others.
