The jobs he has done for me are: 1) clear obstructed house main drain 2) replace broken outdoor faucet 3) Dig up and pump out septic tank 4) Install septic tank alarm 5) Restore flow to sluggish bathroom faucet 6) Reconnect kitchen sink main drain and pump out ?sludge? from crawlspace Now that he is on his own, I don?t think he does septic tank work, but he can handle any residential plumbing job."

We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."

The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."
