"I had a new 80 gallon electric water heater installed along with a replacement incoming (to the house) water shutoff valve to replace a CPVC pipe and valve. The heater installation included raising the heater high enough to be able readily drain the heater, replacing the inlet valve and piping with PEX piping to replace CPVC piping, and adding an outlet valve and shunt valve along with PEX piping. Great job! The fellows did an excellent job, exactly as I wanted it, and gave me advice as to how I could perform routine maintenance to extend the lifetime of the heater. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."
