He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. Their attention to detail was exemplary and Keith spent as much time in the planning of the size, location, wiring, etc of the unit as he and his crew did with the actual install...which turned out to be perfect. He is knowledgeable about the product and made certain we were thoroughly educated about how it worked and how to take care of it. He also approached the job as a partnership between Advanced Generator and the homeowner - he was punctual and would always contact us in advance if there was any unexpected change in the schedule. We received other estimates that included some "big-name" companies, but they didn't seem to care whether or not they got our business. Advanced Generator's price was very fair in comparison, but we were also made to feel valued as customers.
