"BD remodeling did a fantastic job on our exterior shutters project. We receive compliments daily on how good they look. He is prompt, on time and very professional. Look forward to more home improvements with BD remodeling."

"He was the 3rd roofer. He showed up promptly and mitigated the issues from the prior 2 roofers. The other 2 roofers did not show up, and the weather caused even more damage to the house. Within an hour or two, he tarped the roof until repairs could be done. Everyone raves about the flooring. He suggested the crown molding as a finishing touch, and it made everything tie together well."

"Stephens Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my deck! The job was done at a great price and the quality of the work is fantastic! Super professional!"

I specialize in working with residential homeowners that have maintenance and carpentry needs. I own, operate, and maintain my portfolio of single family residences (SFR) that requires knowledge in all areas of the home system. I'm very proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, all doors, flooring, fixture install, troubleshooting difficult issues, or project management. I don't really care to do large painting or drywall jobs, but I have contacts that can. I can easily handle stain grade woodworking needs, and projects. To include; staircases, handrails, balusters, landings, mantles, built in bookcases or shelves. I'm moving away from the large fix and flips, and would like to do small 1-4 hour type jobs. I know I can help you with your particular situation. Please give me a call and we can discuss all your details.

"This was without question one of the best companies I have dealt with on any project. Mr Pinter explained what would be done and it was . The pricing was good and the work excellent. The crew was on time , work was as noted excellent and as their name implies they pay attention to detail . They Cleaned up each day . I would highly recommend this company and this crew to anyone Top quality product and people"
