"My older home is 100% siding, with both aluminum and wood. GC South Star sent their project manager Gerson out to quote and manage the project and he and his team did an amazing job. House was power washed (they even did the fences around the house as a courtesy!), they removed a satellite dish, cables/wiring and patched holes, taped up windows and doors prior to spraying the house and balcony - house looks completely new! They were prompt in their estimate and scheduling, price was fantastic (I had gotten 5 estimates and theirs was the best) and I am very pleased with the work. They also did not require the balance of the payment until we had walked through and finished anything that needed fixing - only a couple of small things. Based on their work and professionalism, my parents also hired them to complete a total repainting of the interior of their home (they also reviewed them).
