"We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work of Prince Roofing on our home. They scraped, cleaned, and painted our box gutters and also repaired other issues on the roof. We have lived in our 100+ year-old home for 46 years and have had much experience with contractors in general and roofers in particular. We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas. This included not only the gutters but flashing around chimney, loose roof tiles, and raised seems on ridging. This was very helpful for us to see and understand the additional work needed besides the painting of the gutters. We also had Prince include the cleaning of our standing-seem metal roofs we have over parts of our house. We discussed in detail the work to be done.
