"I selected Everdry Waterproofing based on my parentsâ house getting waterproofed over 15 years ago. The waterproofing held up on their house well. I called the sale line and scheduled an inspection. The sales guy seemed very knowledgeable about the different waterproofing methodologies and I selected their waterproofing based on my parentsâ experience. The crew was schedule and it took a few days for the project to be completed. The initial team did not grind the walls enough and I have had to use the warranty a few times for small drips. The gentleman that completed the warranty work ground the wall and did reinjections that have fixed any water issues. The system could be improved if the water outlet was sent to the storm drain instead of the back yard. I have since put in a yard drain that has fixed the swampy area of the back yard. Overall, the investment to keep the basement dry has been worth the cost. I would select Everdry Waterproofing again, but would ensure the initial team ground the wall and check with the city to work a storm sewer or street hookup for the discharge."
