Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! They ruined my 1904 Baldwin grand piano. He sent 2 guys he hired from who knows where in an old beat up truck. I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking. "

They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"Not well...I asked for 2 men and a truck but got 3 men which would have been fine if the one did anything but fold moving blankets. The owner spent 20 minutes on the phone while the other two stood around doing nothing. They are supposed to move heavy furniture but refused to move a trunk full of books. The owner actually used my move to train his very young employees so it took twice as long. They sold me plastic mattress protectors for 10 dollars a piece but failed to tell me they wanted them back because they reused them. I moved 5 minutes down the road and paid an extra 40 bucks for mattress protectors that were obviously used on someone else's mattresses first! Instead of 120 dollars an hour I paid 150 per hour and was charged another 5% for using a debit card. Total 711.00 for 4 hours work. I don't know how they are rated 5 stars when they don't even own their own moving truck and have to rent from Uhaul. Ugh! Very upset."

The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"
