I rarely leave reviews, but due to a recent experience with this company I feel compelled to warn others. They also keep trying to hide this review and still havent reached out to me- which should tell you everything you need to know. The maids allowed a dog to escape from the house unattended and attack my dog. It a terrible experience. I attempted to address the situation with the maids on site and even called into the "office manager". All of them were completely unprofessional. They seemed to find nothing wrong with their negligence in this situation even though this situation could have caused serious harm to the dog and those around them. We never received an apology, or even heard from their ownership. Bottom line is I would never trust them inside my house, and this is not a company I would ever do business with.

Based on the reviews I read I was very excited to use Heavenly Touch but unfortunately my experience differed from what others have experienced with this company. This review is based off of my personal experience with this company where they did two full cleanings and one "re-clean" of my house. My first appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 12:00 pm. I called to confirm the appointment the day before and again was told "Tuesday at 12:00". Tuesday at 12:30 pm no one had arrived yet so I called the office to make sure they weren't having any trouble finding the house and I was told "You're appointment is at 2:00 today." This wouldn't have been as frustrating to me had I not called the day before to confirm the time and also rearranged my schedule to make sure I was home at 12:00 to let them in. Tuesday at 2:15 - no one has arrived... Tuesday at 2:30 - still no one... Tuesday at 3:05 - cleaners finally arrive. The three cleaners walk in and had no idea what services were requested even though all of this information was provided in detail during the initial call to set-up my appointment. Our home is 3 bed 2.5 bath that is under 2,000 sq ft. It is only my husband and I so one bedroom and one full bath are "guest" so are rarely used and only need to wiped down/dusted, and the third bedroom is literally empty so only the floors needed to be swept in there. I also have a regular cleaning routine so our house was not dirty to begin with (one of the cleaners even made a comment about our house already being clean when they walked in) I was just looking to have an additional monthly cleaning done since our schedules were getting busier. They clean and then it is time to pay. They clean and before they leave they hand me a 75 point check list (image attached) that was marked off showing what was done that day. I thought this was pretty awesome and was excited to read everything they had done that day! It wasn't until they left that I noticed some obvious things that were not cleaned. For example: the bathroom mirrors were not wiped down and still showed water spots, there was still dust on the tile around the bathtub, the kitchen floor may have been swept but it was definitely not mopped. I know this is not the case but the best way I can describe it is that it seemed like they just wiped everything down with water and not any cleaner. So now that I notice these obvious things I take a look at the 75 point check list they left behind. I'm being generous when I say that 25% of what they claim was done was actually done. They did not dust any of the light fixtures, the top of our microwave was embarrassingly dirty, none of the baseboards had been wiped down, etc. and these are all items on the list THEY PROVIDED. I was not concerned about something like wiping down our baseboards however I was concerned that something as basic as cleaning the mirrors and floors was not done. The next day I called and expressed my disappointment in the service and a "re-clean" was scheduled. Again, I called the day before to confirm the time and again, they arrived over an hour later than what I was told. I understand that things come up and schedules change however I don't think a phone call letting me know the cleaners were running over an hour behind is too much to ask. This time two cleaners arrived, one who had done the original cleaning. I told her what concerns I had and she openly admitted "I take responsibility for the kitchen. I did rush through it so I apologize." They re-cleaned certain areas of the house at no change however I did give them a tip to show them my appreciation. This time the cleaning was better but I still felt like certain areas were rushed and not actually "cleaned". I decided to give them one more shot before making any changes and scheduled another cleaning. The third time they arrived exactly when they said they were going to. Off to a better start already! This time they used vinegar and water to clean our wood floors (instead of whatever was used the first time that left residue) and seemed to do a better job than before however I still noticed what appeared to me as "cut-corners". For this reason I have decided to no longer use Heavenly Touch Maids for my additional monthly cleanings. I will say that the women who came to my house were very polite and the prices are reasonable. There are a few main reasons why I would not recommend this company: There seems to be a lack of organization with the office staff who schedule the appointments and lack of communication relaying the information to the cleaners. They also seemed to cut quite a few corners and rush through a lot of the cleaning. I'm sure there are many people who have had wonderful experiences with this company, however that unfortunately was not the case for me which is why I would not recommend Heavenly Touch Maids. I strongly feel that the cleaning I received was subpar and not worth the cost.

The lady said she would check on the service area and never called me back. I dont think stow/cuyfalls to the hudson/ streetsboro border is too far or they need to better advertise the service area. Clearly they are not in the business of customer service or needing new customers.. I would recommend looking elsewhere since they missed out on a large job here.

They were amazingly thorough! I wasn't going to have time to clean after movers got my stuff. The cleaning crew got all the floors, floorboards, bathroom, I mean the place was spotless and my landlord gave me the full deposit with no questions asked. Paid $120 to get my full $750 and would do it again in heartbeat.

Initially service was decent but has dramatically fallen off. Areas missed in cleaning and other short cuts. Cleaners seem to be in too much of a hurry and caused scuffing of walls and baseboards.

I used this company in the fall of 2016. I dealt with Debbie on the phone. I knew with enough advance what time they would arrive. The team was punctual and did a good job. I called again a couple weeks ago for some general housecleaning. This time I dealt with Erin. She gave me a date and said she would be in touch about the time. She called yesterday to verify appointment day and had no specific time to offer. When I asked about a time, she said it would be about mid-morning, somewhere between 10:15 and 10:45, I think. I understand that sometimes they might be a little late because of a job that took more time than expected. I expect a phone call if there is going to be a delay longer than 15 minutes or so. It is now 12:53. The cleaners did not arrive, and I have received no phone call. It is long past any definition of mid-morning. I went out around 1:00, having heard nothing from Erin. When I got home around 2:45, there was a phone message Erin had left at 2:22, telling me the cleaners were in my driveway and could only wait about 5 minutes. When I called and reminded Erin of the "mid-morning" appointment and asked her if I was to wait all day, she merely said she was sorry. She offered no explanation, and she made no effort to do anything to make it right (a discounted or free cleaning, for example). This was the same employee I had before, so the problem must be with Erin or management. Whatever their problem is, I am done with them. Could Erin not find her phone until 2:22?

poorly. Cleaners did not have adequate supplies to clean. Vacuum cleaner would not pick up dog hair, even after vacuuming twice. Floor cleaner did not clean tile floor....you could still see mud on floor. They re-cleaned it with cleaner I provided. They did redo what I asked them to. I stopped after those 2 requests. 1 tub not clean, did not even attempt to clean tile black splash in kitchen.

Beautifully! The girls did such fantastic work that I actually got all of my security deposit back! They were thorough. The appointment took a little longer than originally quoted, but the owner was very reasonable about adjusting the price. I highly recommend and would use them again if need be

Debbie's cleaning crew did a fabulous job cleaning my new home, which wasn't quite move-in ready.  During the initial walk-through with the cleaning crew, I identified the areas of importance.  The cleaning crew performed detailed cleaning of those areas (and then some).  I highly recommend Heavenly Touch Maids.
