  Work took 4 days, started on a Saturday and the crew worked all day; the other 3 days work crew arrived at 5 p.m. and quit at 7 p.m. each day. The work site was kept clean and free of debris. Work varied in size from a maximum of 6 to a minimum of 2. Workers were respectful and quiet. My neighbors did not complaint of their presence at all. Final cost of deck was $21 per square foot. We asked that work be finished during an 8 day period, and it was completed before that deadline. The deck is very solid and attractive. <br /

  I was impressed by Cope Floor Care just from reading the reviews, but after using James Cope to clean all the floors in our large home, I can really see why he's earned such high marks. &nbsp;He did a thorough and professional job. &nbsp;Our carpets look WONDERFUL and he got out some old pet stains that I wasn't sure would come out. &nbsp;He also found some other faint stains that we hadn't noticed and treated them several times with different things he had with him. &nbsp;When they couldn't be completely removed, he said he'd get back with us and his followup was quick and impressive. &nbsp;No one knows how to do everything and I appreciated that he was willing to say &quot;I'm not sure, but let me get back to you&quot;... and then called us within a couple days with more info. &nbsp;I've already talked to James about scheduling him in the future to come back and do all our tile surfaces and he will definitely be my Go-To person for any issues with my floors. &nbsp;I highly recommend him!! <br /

  We recently had a home addition built which included a 16x20 foot screened in three season porch with a wood burning fireplace.&nbsp; It is a beautiful addition to our home, but one of the unknowns early on in our design process was what type of windows to use.&nbsp; We did not want to use crank out windows, glass windows, or have to deal with handling and storage of removable windows. &nbsp;Our builder suggested we consider EZ Screen windows.&nbsp; I did not want to commit to something I had not researched, so I asked EZ Screen if there was anyone nearby that had bought the product that I could interview.&nbsp; They put me in contact with someone in my neighborhood who had had the product in his sunroom for 3 years.&nbsp; He was kind enough to invite me over to view his porch and see the product.&nbsp; I was pleased with what I learned, and purchased the product for our home addition, which is now complete. <br /> The product consists of a screened panel facing the outside, with several sliding transparent vinyl windows facing the interior of the room.&nbsp; The windows can easily be slid up or down to enable 75% open screen area.&nbsp; I was initially concerned about a plastic window not being clear enough, but after seeing them I saw that they are very clear, and my neighbor?s windows (which have been exposed to direct sunlight for several years) still look good. <br /> The window panels are easy to slide up and down and stay in place well.&nbsp; In fact, about a week after installation we had some very severe storms with high winds in our neighborhood.&nbsp; No problems.&nbsp; <br /> The panels are easy to clean with only water and a microfiber cloth.&nbsp; They are also removable which makes cleaning or replacement easy.&nbsp; Interestingly they are ductile, which means they can take a big impact, stretch, but recover to the original shape. <br /> There are also several door models to choose from which contain the EZ Screen panels.&nbsp; They are available in several colors. <br /> I have been very pleased with this product and the service we received from EZ Screen.&nbsp; I feel this is a quality product and recommend it. <br /

  The actual service was awesome and the guys doing the work were courteous and amazing! We are definitely going to recommend them to our neighbors who are experiencing the same settling issues with their concrete. We did, however, have a rough go at scheduling and communication from the office could be improved. The work was originally scheduled for a Tuesday but the prior job ran over. That first week communication was great but then we didn’t hear anything for 7 days and had to call them to figure out when the work was being rescheduled for
