"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

I contacted "Countertops by Nathan" via email on October 6th, 2014 about replacing our countertops and back splash for our kitchen.  I received a reply from Connie that same day. She scheduled an appointment to give us a quote. Nathan came to our house within 2 days and provided us with great sample products and pricing. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Nathan's knowledge and expertise with countertops.  We contracted with him that night and after a week or so, we decided on which colors and design we wanted.  On November 17th, 2014 Nathan and his crew came to our house as scheduled and replaced all counters, sink, faucet and tiled backsplash.  Wow, what a difference it made!  Our kitchen is now updated and looks great.  I would highly recommend Nathan for any countertop remodeling.  He was honest, on-time, professional and very reasonably priced. Also, there was no mess left behind.

"Lou Ionna was a wonder! He would call almost daily to let us know what workmen were to be onsite and what they were to do that day. He also appeared on the jobsite frequently to verify that things were going well or to handle the inevitable issues that arise in any remodeling project. Since he is also a licensed architect, he anticipated issues, discussed them with us, and offered solutions or opinions as to how he would handle the problems if the house were his. "We hired improve it! to replace the windows in the first floor of our 2 story home. Everyone was prompt to every appointment. The windows are easy to operate and improved the look of our home. Chris Harris, the designer was very courteous and did not use a high pressure sales tactics. He is a very friendly guy. The install team was here promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the operation of the windows and the guarantee. We are real happy with our decision to replace the old windows."
