"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

"It went well overall! My brother got the remodeled bathroom that he wanted to have. Brandon was diligent in repairing all items that needed to be done before installing the ceramic tiles around the shower and the bathroom flooring. These repairs are only items that you can know once you start demolishing. Brandon did more I think than what he signed up for in doing the necessary repairs. He is good in what he does! It was such a relief knowing the job was in Jason's hands. He has done work in my house many times and once again he did not disappoint."

"While the owner emphasized that he had never gotten paint overspray on anyone's house and that is true of our house, their care of everything else around the deck was not as good. The green landscape border at the base of the deck has a heavy coat of redwood spray on it,  the coral bells growing at the base of the deck also have redwood overspray on them as does the air conditioning unit sitting beside the deck. And worst of all, they cleaned their equipment on the lava rock around the deck and the water flowed across the connecting concrete sidewalk, leaving a redwood haze on the sidewalk.  In addition, they agreed to put a brace on one corner of the deck that was warping out of alignment. However, they did not do it until we reminded them and they had to return the next day to complete that task.  I also did not appreciate that one worker asked to use our bathroom.  They were selected because they had an Angie's List award for performance. We will not use them again."
