Two years ago, Phillips Concrete replaced our porch and part of the sidewalk. The job was postponed several times. They would give me a date, but not show up or call. We signed the contract with them in July, but they did not do the job till December. It was sloppy, concrete was splashed...
Phillips Waterproofing and ConcreteJerry is a very nice guy. He seems to really like what he does, but the quality of the work is where things go down hill. The job was supposed to take 4 to 5 days. He and his guys (both are son in-laws from what I recall) would show up on time but always be in a hurry to leave by 2 or 3pm....
We had 2 other tile contractors before finding Myatt, and the differences in personal commitments, care, professionalism and final product were enormous. Myatt did an excellent job of a complex tile job, including a thick dry-mortar bed over an unlevel slab, mosaic floor tile, subway tile up...
